{"id":6269,"date":"2021-07-27T10:51:34","date_gmt":"2021-07-27T10:51:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.top5credits.com\/es\/?p=6269"},"modified":"2023-01-12T14:36:05","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T14:36:05","slug":"agencia-tributaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.top5credits.com\/es\/glosario\/agencia-tributaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Agencia Tributaria"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <strong>Agencia Estatal de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria<\/strong> (<strong>AEAT<\/strong>), com\u00fanmente llamada <strong>Agencia Tributaria<\/strong>, es un ente estatal cuya funci\u00f3n es gestionar el sistema tributario espa\u00f1ol, desde la propia administraci\u00f3n de los impuestos a combatir delitos fiscales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historia de la Agencia Tributaria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Agencia Tributaria<\/strong> tal y como la conocemos nace en a principios de los a\u00f1os noventa bajo la <strong>Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 1991 (Ley 31\/1990)<\/strong>, concretamente en el mes de Enero. Es establecida bajo el gobierno socialista de <strong>Felipe Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong>, en un intento de modernizar las instituciones de un pa\u00eds no tan lejano de la transici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed pues, la <strong>Agencia Estatal de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria<\/strong> (<strong>AEAT)<\/strong> nace con el objetivo de cubrir las siguientes funciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gestionar, inspeccionar y recaudar<\/strong> los tributos de titularidad estatal (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.top5credits.com\/es\/glosario\/irpf\/\">IRPF<\/a>, Sociedades, Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.top5credits.com\/es\/glosario\/iva\/\">IVA<\/a> e Impuestos Especiales<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gestionar <\/strong>parte de los ingresos de las<strong> Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas y Ciudades Aut\u00f3nomas, <\/strong>referidas a la gesti\u00f3n del<strong> Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas F\u00edsicas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como recaudar otros ingresos de dichas Comunidades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recaudaci\u00f3n <\/strong>de ingresos propios de la <strong>Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n aduanera<\/strong> y control del <strong>contrabando<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recaudaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en periodo voluntario de las <strong>tasas del Sector P\u00fablico Estatal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recaudaci\u00f3n <\/strong>en v\u00eda ejecutiva de ingresos de derecho p\u00fablico de la <strong>Administraci\u00f3n General del Estado<\/strong> y de los organismos p\u00fablicos dependientes o vinculados a ella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colaborar en la <strong>persecuci\u00f3n <\/strong>de <strong>delitos<\/strong>, especialmente estafas a Hacienda y Col\u00f3n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sede electr\u00f3nica de Hacienda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de las claras evoluciones de la Agencia Tributaria es su<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agenciatributaria.es\/\">sede electr\u00f3nica<\/a><\/strong>, desde la cual podremos gestionar pr\u00e1cticamente c<strong>ualquier tarea relacionada con nuestras obligaciones fiscales y tributarias. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como personas f\u00edsicas, podremos realizar las siguientes gestiones a trav\u00e9s de la sede electr\u00f3nica de la Agencia
